Consider this:
A boy and his father was driving along a highway. They were involved in a serious car accident where the father was killed instantly. The boy was injured and rushed to hospital. When the he was about to be operated on, the surgeon said:"I can't operate on him because he is my son."
How can this be?

Only one person has gotten it within 3 guesses. No ONE our age that I asked has got it..
Possible explanations: the surgeon is a priest? The boy's stepfather died? He had two dads (lol)? Could be many things...
